Art and Reforestation
We dedicate to care and maintainment of about 1000 trees that have been planted at the banks of río Esmeralda in El Paují.
The objective is to enlarge the number of trees up to 3000 and protect their growth. We use the art and voluntary work to achieve this aim.
In this way we confront the situation of deforestation that has been converted into a big problem in this zone.
Our activities are based on the knowledge that it is possible to cultivate fresh water by planting trees. This implicates activities such as reforestation, maintainment and care of the plantation zone, collect and transplant sprouts of trees of the forest, prepare nurseries, classify plants of the region and environmental education.
With the Intraterrestres (see cap.) we promote activities to create environmental consciousness through art, living together in direct contact with nature.
Here we have the valuable opportunity to participate in something tha benefits the planet, for example reforestation and on the other hand benefits the creative spirit.
